Hotel a Gloucester City

“Albergo tranquillo, vicino alla statale 95, camere pulite, bagno in ordine, personale gentile,ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo, parcheggio grauito. Lo consiglio per la visita di Filadelfia, l'unico problema deriva dall'attraversamento del ponte a pagamento per raggiungere la città, noi non abbiamo trovato altri percorsi.”

“Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. ”

La struttura è situata nel quartiere di Penn, a due passi da alcune principali attrazioni come la Liberty Bell e Independece Hall. A pochi passi dall'hotel passa anche il PHLASH bus che consente di raggiungere le zone più lontane. Personale molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in prima del previsto senza problemi e abbiamo anche potuto lasciare in consegna le valigie dopo il check-out per poter visitare la...

“Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...

“The room was absolutely disgusting, no tv remote, phone was broken, when i asked Receptionist fir a tv remote she was to busy on her phone to even notice me then i asked the house cleaners if they had a tv remote no one spoke English? Then one guy that cleans yells at me what room are you in so i said it's ok it didn't matter so he yells again and i replied its fine i dont want a tv remote as i didn't like his attitude and as i stroed into the elevator he says fuch of then?...

“I was pleasantly impressed. Rooms were clean and plenty of room for our travels. Pool was nice however it was just a bit too hot in the room! Breakfast had choices for once! Hotel was very booked as there was a soccer tournament and engineer conference going on that weekend so it was hard to find a seat at breakfast and we had to wait short time for refills but considering the over all was a good experience. ”
